Day by Day itinerary

Day 1:Hiking Through Time: A Day Tour of Cappadocia's Hidden Treasures

You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul and taken to the airport, where you will board your flight to Cappadocia. After landing at Kayseri or Nevsehir airport, you will be welcomed to this most magical region of Turkey.

Your tour of Cappadocia will begin with a hike through the beautiful Kizilcukur Valley. Here you will enjoy the breathtaking scenery and unique rock formations. After this, you will visit the picturesque village of Cavusin, known for its traditional architecture.

Your next stop will be at a local restaurant, where you will eat at your own pace and sample Turkish food.

That evening, you will explore the subway city of Kaymakli, an ancient structure used by Christian communities to protect themselves against invaders – it is said that it could hold up to 3,000 people at a time! There you will see stables, a church, large halls and small family rooms.

The day will end with dinner at the hotel where you will stay.

Day 2:A Day Among Wonders: Göreme's Fairy Chimneys, Uçhisar's Panorama, and Derbent's Natural Formations

The second day will start with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. After this, you will tour the impressive Göreme Valley, known for its Fairy Chimneys and stone churches with paintings from the 10th and 11th centuries.

The tour will continue with a stop at the cave town of Uçhisar, where you can see breathtaking scenery, full of rock formations that seem otherworldly. You will also see the landscape of Avcilar.

After this, you will visit the Derbent Valley, known for its rather curious natural formations. In addition, you will have the opportunity to visit a selection of handicraft workshops where you will be shown the process of making Turkish carpets and precious stone jewelry, such as onyx.
